If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, and defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

Items are Not eligible for Return:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves and bags)

    • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
    • If we received damaged returns, there's 50% of restocking fee. All returns must be in original condition as received.

    How do I return?

    • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines



    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



    Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 30 days for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.

    How soon will I receive my order?

    We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) in the US. Orders placed after 1 PM PST may take an extra day to deliver. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and shipment.

    When will I know my order has been shipped?

    Once your order has been packed and shipping label has been generated, we will email you the tracking information.

    Can I change my order once it’s placed?

    Once your order has been placed and confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order is not yet shipped out, contact us and we will cancel or update your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item.

    Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

    If you would like to get a refund, items must be in their original condition and sent within 30 days from receipt. Please visit our return center Products must have all tags attached and cannot be worn, washed, or altered. Products with missing tags will be considered worn and will not be considered for a refund.
