How soon will I receive my order?
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) in the US. Orders placed after 1 PM PST may take an extra day to deliver. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and shipment.
Please Note: We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. Please check the product description for more details about the fulfillment time.
When will I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been packed and shipping label has been generated, we will email you the tracking information.
Can I change my order once it’s placed?
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order is not yet shipped out, contact us and we will cancel or update your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item.
Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
If you would like to get a refund, items must be in their original condition and sent within 30 days from receipt. Please visit our return center http://returns.jcdistro.net. Products must have all tags attached and cannot be worn, washed, or altered. Products with missing tags will be considered worn and will not be considered for a refund.
